For Business to Business Customers.
Here at 3D Lockers we really want you to be happy with your purchase. However the distance selling regulations do not apply for Business to Business customers and we are therefore not obliged to offer a returns policy. We will only accept cancellation of an order on condition that you reimburse us in full all costs and expenses incurred by us and arising from the cancellation (whether directly or indirectly) and all loss of profits and other loss, damages, costs, charges and expenses resulting to or incurred as a result. As the vast majority of our products are made to order, your order cannot be cancelled once the goods have gone into the manufacturing process and the order will have to be paid for in full. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us to find out at what stage your order is at.
Once goods have been dispatched to you they cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged, faulty and must be in an unused condition.
Cancellation Policy for Consumers.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can telephone us on 01924 240291.
You can notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before we have dispatched the goods to you.
Where goods have already been dispatched to you, you can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost of returning goods to be met by you. Please ensure the goods are returned in the original packaging with your invoice/delivery note included. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund or credit provided the goods are received in an undamaged condition.
Your right to return goods will not be granted if:
- the product has been used
- where any products have been made specifically for you or customised specifically for you
