30 Day Accounts

We accept purchase orders and can offer 30-day credit for any of the below organisations. If you would like to place an order with us simply send your order to sales@3dlockers.co.uk or you can fax on 01924 261677. We will invoice you on delivery of your goods.

Other Organisations

If you do not belong to any of the above and are a private ltd company or PLC and would like a credit account we can offer this subject to a minimum of one order paid via pro forma invoice in the first instance. After this you can request a credit application form from us by emailing chloe@3dlockers.co.uk or call our sales office on 01924 240291. Once the necessary checks have been completed and a successful credit score has been achieved, we would be pleased to offer a 30-day credit account.

Yes, whether you purchase online or over the phone you will receive a full VAT receipt invoice via email.

If by some chance you haven't received this,  please contact us via email @ sales@3dlockers.co.uk or alternatively telephone us on 01924 240291 and request a copy VAT invoice.

Dependent on delivery country and with the necessary proof of shipping some goods will be zero rated for VAT purposes.  Please contact us for further information. All goods for delivery within UK  will be subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.  VAT will be added at the checkout.

If you are ordering less than 10 units, then our online price is already very competitive.  We check our prices against our competitors on a regular basis so you can rest assured that you are getting the best deal.  From time to time we offer special promotions, so look out for those great online savings!

Unfortunately we are a business to business company and are not set up for domestic deliveries.

We are sorry if this is the case, but don't worry. It is important that you contact us as soon as possible, preferably with the following information;

  • Screenshots of any error messages you get
  • A description of the problem and what time the error occured

Please do not assume that orders have or have not completed successfully. It's always best to contact us to make certain of your order status.

You will also need to check your emails for any order acknowledgements from us. Also make sure that you check your spam or junk folders as they can drop into here too.

If you think you have ordered twice in error, please contact us straight away. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any orders placed in error and not reported within 24 hours of order placement. Our terms and conditions for cancellation and returns would apply.

If you require to change any details on your order: Including change of address, change of specification, change of price or change of colour, please contact us by phone ASAP in the first instance on 01924 240291. You will then need to follow this with an email request in writing which we will respond with the confirmation in writing.

Provided your order hasn't already progressed into production, we will be happy to assist you with any changes wherever possible.
